We are based in Sax, about 30 minutes inland from Alicante airport, and have properties available in many areas of the inland Costa Blanca. We have a wide variety of townhouses, country homes, building land and apartments.

Energy Performance Certificate
From 1st June 2013, all homes in Spain will be required to have an Energy Performance Certificate. (EPC) From that date onwards, it will be illegal to rent, sell or advertise for sale or rental any property that doesn’t have one. (Even holiday rentals have to comply.) This is not optional – it will become law from 1st June 2013 and everyone selling or renting a property will have to have one.
The Area
Sax is a thriving inland town with excellent amenities and transport links to all the major road networks and is only about 30 minutes inland from Alicante airport and the beaches. It has a wealth of shops, bars and restaurants and the locals gather around the fountain in the main square to catch up on the day's news.
The people of Sax are very friendly and welcoming. They take great pride in their history and tradition and local fiestas, (of which there are many) are always "must see" events with everybody participating with great gusto.
The town has many monuments and beautiful historic buildings, not least of which is the restored castle, which sits precariously high overlooking Sax. When it is lit up at night it appears to float above the town. Visitors are welcome to visit the castle and wonder how they ever managed to build it.
Property in the Sax Area
Property in and around the Sax area is very well priced and highly affordable. It offers every type of property from townhouses, apartments, renovations (although these are becoming increasingly
rare) to country houses, fincas and business opportunities.
